haha, usa
My PCV tube is messed up, so I thought this was a good time to look into the mods I see on some other supras here.

What are some things that can be done to the PCV system? I've seen many different setups, what's the best besides stock?

don't wanna sound stupid but what does pcv stand for?

Don't wanna sound picky but in the time it took you to type that you could've Googled "PCV" about 30 times. You'd have learned a lot more too. Remember, the internet is much more than a global pornography network ;)

Yeah in the first few pictures, the PCV is routed to a catch can. That would be a good idea if your gonna be upping the boost... If your willing to buy the catchcan, and make (buy i guess) the lines to do so.

Dang you beat me jetjock.

In days of yore the crankcase was vented overboard using a line run to the bottom of the chassis. At the end of this line was a tube cut and positioned so as to produce a venturi effect as air moved past it, hence the name. Although draft tubes have long disappeared on cars crankcase ventilation is still done this way on many non-automotive engines. For example piston powered aircraft still use draft tubes.

I'm thinking that the 2 small filters on top of the, NIPPLES hehehe, will be a better choice then a catch can. Should I just block off the one on the throttle?

you're totally right, i just learned that not having good vaccum pressure on top of the valve covers will cause oil leaks
