In the one with the celica and the jeep, the guy in the celica would still be held accountable, even if the woman could have seen it coming. Endangering your own life for enjoyment is one thing, but you have no right to take everyone's lives into your hands just to have some fun.

although disturbing and well shot and edited. I found it really dumb. Like keros was saying. The fault is on both the driver and pedestrian in all of these clips. bad video to show solely on street racing. And I actually laughed and said, are you freaking kidding me. If noone has noticed this, I can easily prove my point but think its obvious enough that I don't have to. again, horrible persuading video. ONLY good in the way of effects and put together.

This was by far the most eye opening video I have seen.. I will think next time and be more cautious before, I decide to sling the rear end around, or tweak a few gears on the public pavement. Though being the devils adviocate its the people walking, or crossing the street responibility to make sure that there is not a dumbass that is not in control of there vehical, or not yaping on the bloody phone. >8-/

Absalutely. The driver of the celica is at fault in every way.

I watched the video when it was first posted and I still dwell on things that I saw in it.

Very disturbing.

I have to completely agree with John Doward. I drive a sports car so I know how my car handles. I spend a large sum of money on tires to manuever my way out of most situations and handle much higher speeds. When I'm driving I try and focus on the road. I usually don't even carry on a conversation with my fiance when she is with me (she doesn't like that so much). Me speeding isn't a problem since I'm focusing on what the morons on the road might do and I always use my turn signals. When I go flying through traffic, I know what I'm doing and what my car is capable of.

I just love how we all tend to brag how we are better drivers. Truth is, this could happen to anyone of us. I've been in some pretty close situations too. Thankfully i managed to get out of them aswell. As far as pedestrians not paying attention, you know it and you should anticipate it.

Rest assured i'm not following the speedlimit everywhere i go either. I will speed if i can. But only if i think i safely can. Just because i drive a manual does not make me a better driver.

Yes it does. The co-ordination required to drive a manual means you HAVE to pay better attention to your surroundings, imho.

Driving is basic common sence.. You do not speed in a area where there is people walking the streets, and asshats that are yaping on the bloody phone while drinking there coffie and yeling at there kids, due to sally throwing a dam cheese burger at mom for being a dumbass looser. You keep your distance and drive slower, in dence traffic. You dont go around on a back road that has blind hills and turns with driveway outlets. That is just asking for stuff to happen. If you are driving and need to make a turn to the right get in the lane 1/2 mile before you need to turn. That helps prevent a cluster fuc*, and traffic can adjust to your lane change quicker than a 1/8 - 1/16th mile lane change. If you are traveling longer distances with out taking an exit or a turn, stay in the left lane and do the speed limit so others dont get pissed and try to over take you. This causing a issue with a dumbass not looking at who is pulling out from fatburger, and hitting others causing a cluster Fuc*. I have this poblem on occasions so I am gulty, if you know you have to be somewhere leave 15 - 20 minutes early just incase there is a traffic issue of the unexpected happens. When you come up to a stop sign or a traffic light stay about a 1/4 - 1/2 car length behind the car in front of you in case, dumbass on the phone while masturbating driving plows into you. You would have some distance to cushon the impact and possible keep from plowing into the person in front of you. Good rule of thumb if you cannot see the rear tires over your hood you are kissing ass. You want to be able to see 1/2 to a foot of road and the rear tires of the persons vehicals in front of you. Hope this helps the helpless or dont give a shiters.
