so im almost done with my swap, and i was curious to see if this would do any harm. the part circled in red is capped off. on both the pipe and the intake so theres no connection. ive been readin up and i guess thats where the air bypass valve goes. not sure. is it ok to leave it capped?

And then theres the pipe under the intake with all the vacuum mess that i guess also gets to that point through the smaller pipe in front of 3000 pipe. what should i do?

Is this your engine?

That's where your BPV, or bypass valve goes.
Unless you have an aftermarket blow off valve on the upper hardpipe, it is hardly advisable to drive it as-is.

Even if you have an aftermarket BOV, you should run it as bypass and route it into the intake hose

yours is blocked off because that's where the stock BPV goes, and you have a dump to atmosphere blow off valve
