paper or metal gasket?

do i need a paper or metal gasket on the TB for the 7mge?

I'd imagine it would be paper.

Actually, I believe the stock one is metal, with a rubber seal. If you want to be able to remove the t.b.(for changing plugs and wires, servicing, etc.), get a standard paper gasket, and stick it to the t.b. with a thin layer of copper spray. Coat the other side with a THIN layer of anti seize. The gasket will always be stuck to the t.b., and the anti-sieze will let you remove the t.b. from the intake with out damaging the gasket. Old motorcycle trick, but it works for this application as well.

paper gasket matches my TB so im using it.. metal one is for turbo TB
