well hot damn. i think this is the first time i had a crazy idea about my car that everyone (or most everyone) agreed with!

guess i will be doing the Lower Runners and the the TB tonight.

how do you take off the throttle cable lever to paint the TB?

I just painted it too. Turned out fine for me. Pics look good btw.

Jag: need a better child carrier. not sure what im going to get. but i need to get something better suited for it and i need to focus on schooling.

i might keep it all not sure but we'll see. or get an SC and drop it in there.

The Supe can't be your only transpo. Your wife has a car. Use that one for baby transport. If she doesn't, go buy a Kia.

nah she has one. but we will be working seperate shifts. my job goes 3pm-1am hers goes 8-5 so it over laps. and we will be working at sperate ends of the county soon.

the only reason i might keep it is cause the baby will be in my car for a total of 15 mins a day anytime we go out as a fam we will take her car.

damned straight. We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and my Supra. My 5 year old loves the Supra, but for comfort reasons, we take the Jeep.

lol yea. we'll see what happens. I'm short on dough and with the kid i will be REALLY short. so i wont be doing much with the supe anyways

i might sell might not. but i'm leaning towards the selling part.

i did cut the traction control stuff off,but had someone else weld it.

I love the look. I see more paint than powder-coating in this thread. Is anybody powder-coating their stuff?

not mine
that pic was from a car meet.we paraded around a senic coast line for some pic's,there was about 25 of us(one supra).it was still fun,few good highway blast's that day.

I don't think I took anything off. Mostly, I just taped off what I didn't want sprayed. I did three coats. Also make sure that everything is really clean before painting. I'm sure you knew that though.

yea i cleaned up the manifold and vlave covers pretty good before painting.

i know theres the T'netics one that is black and the inlet looks like sharks teeth all the way around. i was THINKING about getting it coated, but then i think there'd be tooooo much black in my bay
