really, never heard of that mixing clear before, must be a clear base coat of some sort, cause that powder is way to heavy for clear coat, and will just sag down or run down the clear. Some guy at school thought he was a genius putting pearl powder in his clear, when he applied it...you could see the powder just drip down teh clear...haha he was pissed, but teacher fucking told him not to. Had to resand everything and start over..how fun
