The city highway garage next to my work has a 40's or 50's power wagon that they use as a yard vehicle, and well, apparently the exhaust has rotted off of it... that together with a big displacement I-6, low gearing, and a manual transmission... I stood outside listening to it driving around the yard last friday until i got in trouble for not doing anything... it sounds so good!

I take it you took care of the "Floorboard? What floorboard? I use the Transmission to rest my feet" problem? If not you're a lot more hardcore than I thought. I demand a ride next time I'm in town! 
im halfway worried my choke knob (pair of vice grips) is gonna fall down through the hole and beast some car driving behind me. i can imagine some EMT thinking "now where the hell did these vice grips come from?" as he removes them from someone's chest.
