well i just got my supra a few weeks ago so im still a newbie at this kinda thing but my overhead dome lights havent worked since i got the cars (the ones next to the mirror). I already changed the fuse in the drivers side kick panel and both light bulbs in the lights and still nothing, has this happened to any of you? what do you think is causing it? also my signal lights went out the other day randomly, the fuse isnt blown and the hazard lights still work what do you think is causing this? The flasher? sorry for the stupid questions like i said im still new to my supra.

Mine haven't worked since I got the car in 97 and after reading a few posts here I decided to pull them out for a look.
While they were out I blew the 20 years of dead bugs out checked for corrosion and refitted them thinking it was an electronic issue.
Imagine my surprise that they now work!
Open a door then press the plastic beside the light a bit and see if they come on.

Sometimes the gound in the housing goes bad and doesn't connect right and you just clean it up and tighten up the screws on it and the lights will work again.
On my '87 though the dome lights quit and i just couldn't figure out what was wrong, turned out to be a break in the 12v line somewhere in the roof.
If the vanity mirror lights work and not the center ones then it's probably just the ground though.

i had the same problem, allthough it wasn't the ground in my case (first off check your grounds behind the light).
It ended up that it was the integration relay (i think that was the name, i'd check sf but it's down at the moment)
This is a plastice box monted onto the backside of the fuseblock in the drivers kickpanel, you'll have to unbolt the fusepanel and turn it arouns and unclip the integration relay box.
Once it's out, open this box up and you'll see a bunch of circuits, theres a one large resistor, test it for continuity... in my case it wasn't conducting so we i just soldered in a wire and removed the resistor completely. That fixed it and as far as i'm concerned you don't even need the resistor.

Its a really easy fix, jst pull the burnt out resistor and solder a new one in.
You can actually see the resistor kinda burnt up.

I've had the same problem on two supras. The ground is connected through a rivet in the map light assembly. With age the rivet gets corroded and won't conduct at all. You'll need to drill out the rivet and solder the wires straight.
Mine had loose rivets also. I took the assembly out and used a center punch to "gently" tighten up the rivets. Don't go too hard or you will punch the rivets through or break something.
