Over a month is way to long to wait!!!!

Ok I bought a Kenwood amplifier from a website almost a year ago. Well I slowly but surely noticed the amp beginning to respond weird to certain things. So I took it to a audio shop and they confirmed the amp was defective.

Thw amp has a 3 year warrenty in it and so naturally I called the company and sent them back the amp. Well that was back on August 19, 2009. Ive been in contact with them and expressed my upset for such the long wait. And 2-3 weeks ago I was told they would have the amp to me. Well they never shipped it.

I threatened them last week with the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce. That didnt work. So 2 days ago I threatened them with a small claims court deal. And They havent answered me.

So Ive been without music for almost 2 MONTHS now. And Im getting very upset.

Im asking for some opinions on what I should do. Im 17 so I dont fell like I have that much power and I try not to be mean but it seems like Im going to have to be.

Any advice??

can't put a price on good customer service. i buy all my stuff from dealers on here, all my audio from crutchfield. where'd you get this from?

Lesson learned, Buy as direct from the dealer as you can.

Just keep pushing, try calling Kenwood directly also.
