others parts needed for 1jz swap

So i have been collecting all the parts to finish off my 1jz. So far i have the engine itself with the r154 tranny. Extending the wiring is all figure out. i Know i need to get an intercooler, ignition coil, and new fuse box, but I was wondering if there was anything else that i am overlooking that can't be swapped from the stock 7m-ge engine that i will have to get.
