Opinion on High speed internet

Upload speeds are more important to me than download speeds, for the most part.

I have a 384/384 Kbit/s SBC connection, and it sucks. Almost every week, there are 1-5 hour long internet outages. And downloading at ~40 KByte/s is no fun when people complain about only downloading at ~200 KByte/s on torrents.

The only reason I havn't switched is because they have a geographical monopoly on my area. :cry:
