(Yep, methane is heavy. so it collects in low spots, and you can't live in a methane rich environment, not much oxygen to breathe there, so you die just like you were drowing in water.)

No idea about shit, but I've heard fuck is just a word that was part of a language, and it meant having sex, but when some other race fought them and won they decided that their words were all as dirty as the people they beat so they considered them swear words. I have no idea if its true, just something else I've heard.
