There's several options, but it's mostly:
- Pick a shock
- Pick a threaded sleeve kit
- Pick a spring
- Pick a pillowball mount
Shock wise, the easiest one here is probably the off the shelf bilsteins because of their removable spring seat.

Spring depends on the setup you use, but this is the cheap part of the build IMHO as you're using a "coilover" style spring which are pretty standardized.
Pillowball mounts are up to you, but you wouldn't want to run a silly rubber mount now would you?
You can also go the route of using bilstein's racing series that are rebuildable and have a threaded body already. More involved, but better quality if setup by someone that's good at this:

Keep in mind I have no idea which parts in those links will work. I myself have a factory bilstein coilover setup on the front of my car. Downside to coilovers like this is that you can't adjust ride height independantly of spring preload like you can a coilover like Tein.
Tein's are also revalvable, and they offer different spring rate and length of rod, etc.
This all boils down to money.
