Old School HKS SSQV

Does anybody still use those old school bov's? I know where I can get one and was curious on how they might perform compared to the newer style they have out now.

could you a bit more specific? there are a few older versions of the ssqv and the sqv.

i have the ssqv with the adjustment screw in the back and its still working great after 4+ years even after multiple turbo/ic pipe setups.

The one I'm talking about looks like the one in the pic not sure if they called that an SSQV or not.

my best friend has that bov on his 88 rx 7 turbo II. He likes it and it kinda sounds like the blitz ss bov its just a big rush of air. His has been holding up and does the job he doesn't have any problems with it.
