Last night my wife and I were out in the Supra, just going otu to dinner. We were rolling down rte 37 here in toms river when we got buzzed by a couple of Evo's and a WRX.
It was cool except for the one Evo that pulled along side off me and kept blipping his throttle and popping his BOV.
Now while I was tempted I know I'd gotten my ass handed to me amd with wifey in the car there was no way I was letting that happen. ( I would never had heard the end of it.)
But now I want to make sure that if the oppotunity ever presents itself agian It'll be me and my MKIII handing out the asses.
I guess my point is that while I origially wanted to just be content with seeing how far I could push the stock turbo, that will only be the case until I can step up to something more sinister.

This is kinda what I have in mind. Either the GTK-550 or GTK-650. Any comments or opinions?

Whats your boost at now? I put down 280/330 with very similar mods at ~10 lbs.

EDIT: I followed your link...that sure is a big one. lol

My boost is somewhere over 8lbs, still stock guages. I would guess that is where my hp might be at because the car traps at 97mph which is about where my old LT1 camaro was at 275hp.

Hey Rich what do you make of the different AR's on those two turbo's ?
I would have thought that the higher AR's would have been on the turbo with the higher hp capacity.
