Ok, rod knock again (5th time)

Its due to the way your driving. All those 360's and hard cornering throw the oil to one side of the pan.

When this happens, parts are starved for oil. :-(

I have been looking around and it seems the Group A oil pan is a good upgrade. If I could find one would it be a good idea to use it or are there even better options out there?

I don't want to go dry sump though, seems like too much hassle for a road car...
