what other factors are in there to make the 57 hit 400? Is it just fuel injectors, and pumps? and obviously bpus. or would it not lie in the hardware as much as it does the tune from say a maft-pro?

Definitely need injectors and a pump. Stock 440s run out of steam around 350. After that it's all in the tune.

Its very very very difficult to hit 400 with a 57 trim ct upgrade. If you have a full 57 trim then maybe.... When I said that all I could squeeze out was 365, that was with a tuned setup on a ported head with race gas.... The turbo was out of air.

I dont think you are going to hit 400+ with a 57 trim upgrade.

now what about the boss housing turbos? are they worth the money for the amou nt of power they would do? or would it just be better to do for a t4 setup. i still have faith in a ct based turbo, instead of going all out and doing the t4 thing

or even better, what experiences have you guys had with the sound performance turbos?:naughty: is it just that they remade a better flowing exhaust housing and incorporated the ct26 bolt patterns? are the ball bearing option worth the money? or is it just another way to break a good turbo.

thanks for the great info guys
