oil vs water/oil turbo?

As im looking for my new turbo i see the cooling options for the chra and wanted to know is oil and water that much better for me to consider?

nice info Lonnie, i see it says the oil seals can be affected by improper cooling, which is probably why i see oil in my turbo inlet, and i had it rebuilt almost a year ago.

The coolant acts as a heat sink on shutdown, reducing coking that ruins turbochargers.
