Ok, I've been thinking about the best way of doing this and I want some input. I'm going NA-T before the year's end and I'm writing out my game plan and then I came up against the oil problem. I've got the feed down, but the return is where I'm lost. What's the best way to add a bung or drain for the return without pulling the engine (if that's possible).
I was thinking about using the 10 A/N flange that MDCMotorsports sells and drilling a hole into the oil pan, lining it up, putting some sealer around the flange and having someone spot weld the flange to the pan where the two bolts go. Good idea, bad?
What about on the oil pan? I was taking a look around under there earlier to check things out and noticed a bolt up on the passenger side kind of directly under the oil filter (I'm guessing this is the oil cooler return). Could there be some way to use that?

Cliff note: What's the best way to put an oil return on a GE without pulling the engine?
