Oil pump driveshaft pulley removal?

What's the trick to removing it?

Spray with some WD40 or something similar. Tap with rubber mallet.

Yeah, shouldn't be too hard to remove.
If you're still stuck after wd40, you can try heating the gear a bit with a propane torch.

Finally got it. Thanks guys. All down to bare block now.

It's sintered metal I wouldn't heat it ....

Be really careful not to scratch or mark the spokes...

That throws it out of balance or what?

Creates a stress riser and they fail....

Outer ring falls off the spokes, if it has any nicks in it replace it they're not expensive.
