So I just did my oil pan gasket by dropping the sub frame, but now I'm having a problem with my car idling weird.
What could've caused a weird idle up and down from doing a oil pan gasket? The check engine light will come on and off radomly while driving it this way or even just at a idle

I jumped the terminals with it running and with the key in the on position with the vehicle not running. It's not blinking at all just stays lite. It'll turn on randomly while i drive but not blink then I'll give it gas then it'll go away.

So ended up being my air flow sensor. It tested at 4.9v while running. So now I'm going to jump in the classified and find one

I hooked up a obd1 code reader and the ligt lite up. Code 31 and 34. I tried jumping the terminal and the light wouldn't flash. It would only flash for some reason with the code reader plugged in

I still think it's weird it just mysteriously happened after the oil pan. I even told the mechanic I don't know why or how that happened from doing a oil pan gasket bc it doesn't connect. Lol
But all is figured out now so just need to find a air fuel sensor

Crushing a harness when putting things back together. Since you are looking for ideas....

And if there is no code, it will constantly flash with TE1 and E1 jumped.
