When i first put my motor back in my car the coolant started to gel up and oil would be sitting on top in the rad. I put some kms on the car now and ive flushed it twice. No fresh engine oil but it still gels up in the upper rad hose and on the rad cap. I take it off once in a while and scrape it out. I thought it might be just from the build but that seems like a lot. I had to add oil the other day but im not sure if i put enough in when i changed it so i don't know if the level is going down really. It doesn't seem to be going down day-to-day.

Am I safe? There is no foaming going on under the oil cap, the engine runs mint and pulls hard. Should i just keep flushing the thing? Anyone else have this much buildup of sledge after a rebuild?

Well there is no coolant in the oil. That makes me feel better.

I rebuilt with a MHG, ARPs. Block and head were machined. Torqued to 88ft/lbs.

I guess its time to flush again
