I just rebuilt my 7mgte, ran it for about 600 miles, took the intercooler line off the 3000 pipe and found oil in it. Does this mean oil is blowing past the bearings in the turbo? (no oil found in the intake side of the turbo)

There are two things that cause oil in your intercooler #1 pcv valve and #2 turbo oil seal blew , if your accordian hose dirty with oil then it's pcv valve but if accordian hose look clean , it must be turbo oil seal blew ;check for shaft play .
