Hello everyone. I recently bought an Escort GT and thought this site was the coolest. I dont really see anything on Escorts but Hey,,I see nice cars!! (OMG this guys a dud) heeh

Ok enough BS! I recently bought an 97 Supra Targa TT Automatic. I was looking around the World of Warcraft :evil2: and found this site.Seems to be the best site with current postings so I had to join.

Glad you all like. Yes I plan on starting out with all the BPU package. I eventually would like to bump up to a happy 600 HP to the wheels. Will be slow going as I unfortunately broke my savings acct buying the car. Even stock I am having a blast though. I am looking for a TH400 to start work on as I am a Chevy man from way back and I used to have a cple old chevy truck street rods. So unless I find its feesible to pump up the old stocker tranny,,conversion will be in the making. Probably cheaper to do the TH400 conversion any how. Still looking into all this. Now I just have to find some one in the area that knows these cars and can help with the tuning and build up. I can do all the work myself ,but I cant do the pc tuning :1zhelp:.

Hey all,glad you like. I was hoping it was money well spent. So far I dont feel like it was a bad choice. I just entered the Supra in a local car show during our fair week. I didnt win anything but I put the Supra under alot of eyes and got alot of comments and questions. I have yet to see ANY of these cars around this area. SO I think anything I do will be under close whatch,lol.
As far as the car being molested,,nah,its tight as(well you can guess this part).. It does have a couple small glitchs but with 90,000 on it now, I expected something to need some TLC.
I'll do my best to keep ya all up on the process as I can afford to get things done. Until next time.
