well I might be up and running soon, I got a good deal thrown my way last night my 1j for a decent 7mgte with a clean ass body. So I might be down for a meet sooner then I thought if this goes thru lol. Is 26 feeling 80 yrs old considered old ha, and who said being kinda creepy is sa bad thing ha ha.

i have quite a few random 7m parts as well.. we had a lot more but we gave a lot of them to one of our friends in SC (including the old motors).. but we still have some that the movers packed up.. or we will have them when we close on the house lol

Thefuck? I dig your car.. I don't see why you'd get rid of it for one with a 7m.. I'm sure if you work out the issues in your setup you'll be much happier..

Oh MJ I got bigger plans on the horizon if this goes through, plus its a cleaner mk3 then mine. So don't worry I may be down grading for a hot min, but overall I am gonna go bigger and badder and lots lower lol.

Honestly, I preferred the "BEFORE" look myself... but I've often considered black rims as well. Maybe it's the pics? How does it look in person to you?

the pictures dont do it justice, and the car REALLY needed a wash. the rims are dark metallic gray, they really sparkle in the sun, but look stealthy at night. I guess I'll have to dig out the camera and take a few decent pictures now that the car is washed up and everything.
