Sorry for the delay people, but here it is finally:

Thursday, August 9:
9:00PM Meet at Streets. *EDIT* Let's meet up by Dick's
We'll have a meet & greet with the locals, hang around for a couple of hours, and have a night cruise to the City (led by Swearitstock).

Friday, August 10:
12:00PM Group lunch @ Chicago Pizza Company

Price will be about $15-20/person (more if you are a drinker :beer: )

After lunch we'll have a daytime cruise that encompasses a 12 mile loop with twists & turns, elevation changes, and all that good stuff. Please be mature and act responsibly during the cruise! You are responsible for your own actions. Leave the racing for the quarter mile strip.

5:00PM Be at Greatlakes Dragway for some quarter mile action.
Price will be $40-45 for racing, and $10 for spectating (I think those are the prices, it's been a long time since I've been at GLD)
Track closes at 11PM

***Then it's time for some late night activities*** ;)

Saturday, August 11:
10:00AM SP opens up shop for the Swap Meet and Dyno. Dyno starts at 11:00AM
Price will be $60 for 3 pulls (no w/b). If you need RACE GAS, please let Tim know RIGHT NOW in this thread: Click here
It is up to you how you want to set up your own display for the swap meet. You must provide your own supplies (ie: tables, chairs, etc)

I will provide food and drinks for everyone at $5 per person

6:00PM Head over to Dave & Busters for a Group Dinner
It will be buffet style, so no more hassles with ordering from the menu (as in the past 2 years)
Awards for the dyno participants will be presented during dinner.

Price for dinner will be posted on Monday.

For the minors who are worried about getting in Dave & Buster's, have no fear. You will be able to get in since we are having a private party there. Just mention that you are with the "Supra Group".

We will have a few hours here to hang out, so feel free to play some games, have a drink at the bar (if you are old enough), or go back to your hotel for a quick snooze.

10:00AM Roll in for Show-n-Shine @ Elmhurst Toyota
Price is $20 per car. This includes food & drink, ticket for the raffle, and a t-shirt.

As Nelson said, there will be awards at the group dinner.

I will personally be giving out an award/gift certificate to the Highest HP 7m mk3/mk2 and fastest 1/4 mile Mk3 (any engine).

I also will be leaving Indianapolis friday morning. Any body else leaving Friday from Indy or through Indy...

"Streets of Woodfield" is a place where one could shop at various stores, watch a movie at the theater, or have dinner at one of many restaurants located there. At night time, the parking lot turns into a big car hangout place, with various types of cars.

I'll be up for cruising and hanging out, but I'm not much of a clubber. I've been married for so long, that I've lost that gene.

I was hoping the dyno would have a wideband. I doubt I dyno since there won't be a wb. I know how much power I make, but I was wanting to have my car tuned a little better. I had it dynod thursday and the tuner there has it way rich according to my AEM wideband. I've pulled some fuel out to make it run better, but I was wanting a second opinion.

Talk to Tim @ SP and see if he will hook up the W/B for your particular case. It won't hurt to ask him. Maybe convince him to let you go first in the morning. In years past, it's best to do it first thing in the morning as many people didn't show up until 12pm or 1pm. Just expect it to be higher in price for you.

I'll see what he says. I'd like to see some MKIII's and MKIV's dyno, but only one person is on the list so far and it's not even a supra.............:cry:

im sure they will hook up the wideband for you.

the reason they dont on all runs is because:

1) its wear and tear on the sensor, so usually for wideband use they charge more money. for the meet they are trying to keep it as cheap as possible.

2) most people dont care

if you did want it, im sure they will work with you. they may charge extra money tho, usually (atleast around here) its about $10-15 more for 3 runs w/ wb.

Like that many Supras will show. There were like 300 XBs last year.

I'm still gonna try and sneak up to Chicago sometime this weekend if I can. But, ya know the whole wife thing... :icon_conf

If nothing else, I'll be a little more pumped for it next year.
