Garrett doesn't make the TD06... Mitsubishi makes them. Any turbo that is a "TD0*" is a mitsubishi design.
I see why they're so expensive though, this manifold uses the 3 bolt turbine flanges like the 3000GT's use. The only cheap option for those turbos is used stock ones from a 3000GT VR4. A pair of upgrade turbos for that car go for $2300 a pair. Too much $$$ for the sake of keeping twins.
All the turbos I was talking about are the more common 4 bolt turbine flange, and use a tangential turbine housing rather than an on-center design like the 3-bolt turbos do. Better design, but you'd have to weld new flanges on the manifold. That's cheap though, and you could use a nice pair of TD05H-14B turbos that would cost you about $100 each for mint used ones.... or even better, a set of used 2G eclipse T-25 turbos. Same mitsu 4-bolt flange, but a smaller turbo that spools even faster and would support 450hp in a pair. Plus, T-25's are so unloved by DSM guys they practically give them away. I once bought one for $50 to turbo my lawnmower.
