i got this right off there site.

OBX manufactured journal bearing rebuild Kit for OBX / MHI based turbochargers (16G thru 25G). Replacement compressor and turbine wheels for various T25/28, T3, T4 applications. Replacement compressor and turbine housings for various T25/28, T3, T4 applications.

My friend bought a t3t4 turbo from OBX for his 1.8t Jetta.

Ran fine @ 10psi, when he took it to 20psi, blew the seals out the damn thing.

$45 for the balancing job. No charge on labor. Freight is like $20.

i have a T4 67trim 0.96 exhaust and obx wastegate, and it boosted fine but like at 3800rpm and i have only boosted 17psi, but i only drove the car 200 miles because a piston problem, not sure really how long is going to last, is the one in my avatar, i really hope it last long

that rear a/r is very large (hence the lag you have) but past that iunno how long that turbo will last probably not too long

I never said the 20lbs of boost was the cause of the seals going out. I didn't choose the right words for that post.

He did have oil dripping out of his exhaust in a month.

in my excitement after buying my supra I bought cheap ebay turbo kit thinking it was a e-bay score. its a no-name turbo, but I'm gonna try it and see what happens. not expecting much life out of it, but its something to start with, and this is a big learning project for me since I've never been a engine mod guy, always had a shop do that stuff and I did the major body mods
