yeah.. get one for a 5.0 mustang, they're cheap and 3 wire and work just fine

Why not just get the right one from MCD motorsports? He has ones that will fit the stock location, with the right flange for less than 40.00.

Works great, you just have to splice in your stock plug. (Have to do that on the cheapo Mustang ones too.)

I have the MCD 02 sensor, and it was nice to just bolt it on and be done. Looks stock too.

There are cases where you would want to go with an aftermarket - like if you plan on moving into wideband territory later, it makes sense to buy sensors for the standard screw in plug now.

Other than that, you can't beat MDC's pricing - before he got these sensors, there was no reason to stick with stock sensors. Now, it's just the opposite.

I got in on the group buy for new o2 sensors and that was probably the best group buy I've ever been a part of because new toyota sensors are extremely expensive. The MDC route is the best way to go if you're just using a stock-flanged elbow.
