Not the normal Crank Pulley question.

Nope, i never remove the pulley. Just go slow and be careful, put a thick towel or rag on the radiator support area so it doesnt scratch it up.

Ive removed and installed both an 87 motor and a 89 year motor in my supra and i never have to remove the crank pulley or transmission.

Cant really think of too much, its pretty difficult to do it by yourself so see if youve got a partner. Just take your time and go slow. You'll prob forget to unhook a few lines haha

When i remove my engine i keep it pretty much 100% intact, minus driveshaft, shifter, down pipe, and intercooler. I keep all wiring intact too.
