Not getting proper boost ! HELP.

Ok, I built this 91 Supra.... It has the 7mgte motor. I have a nitritie hardened racing crank, eagle rods and CP ceramic coated pistons,npr racing rings.
Stage 2 port polished head with stage 2 BC cams and obx cam gears. FMIC with the stock CT26 Turbo.Cometic gaskets.
Got the car running. Dont get me wrong, it runs good but I am not noticing boost! I have hooked everything up. When I stomp on it, it should boost and I should feel the turbo spooling up, but i dont.
Anyone have a clue what I should do to remedy this?

do you know where the boost controller solenoid box is located on a 91 supra?
what is happening is... I take off and the car accelerates, I dont hear the turbo or the bov go off. As a matter of fact, the boost gage is not regestering at all.
I have no shaft play.

no factory boost controller. all controlled by the internal wastegate. I'm not sure what your problem is; even with a boost leak, you should be able to hear the turbo. possibly the wastegate is somehow stuck open?

check to make sure your vacuum hoses are routed correctly. then check the wastegate and make sure it is working properly. you can also build a boost leak testerhttp://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19718&highlight=boost+leak+tester
you will need to cap off the 3000 pipe so the system holds pressure.
