more than likely the line for the boost gauge popped off, check the lines going across the firewall to the back of the intake manifold and to the sensor.
Is it at the bottom of the gauge when the key is off? Does it go to 0 and stay there when the car is on? If so, then you need to check the vaccuum lines (they also have boost through em, so if you replaced them, they pop off really easy...use zip ties)
