Well this kill took place last Saturday. I followed my mom and the real estate agent to check out a townhouse about 10 minutes from where I live now since my mom can't afford to keep this house we have now.
Well On the way back, I am with my brother in my car and I see a Cobalt SS in the right lane beside me. (Let me just say that I have never raced before nor did I really think about it at this point) I have driven by many Cobalt SS's before and I never get a bite. This time was different. I drive by him slowly and notice its a kid a bit younger than me with his friend in the car looking over at me. So as I pass I see that he then starts to follow. I'm like " Race time!" (Evil look on my face at this point) So I start speeding up and down and hes right behind me the whole time. So I figure there are no cars in front of me or beside me so I drop it into 2nd doing about 65kmh and smash the throttle. It kicked just like every other time. Nice and hard. I pulled it just before redline and shifted into 3rd and only brought it to about 5k. I looked in my rearview and he was about 6 or 7 cars back at least and this is when I slowed down a bit to look back.
We do this about 4 or 5 times and I am about to get off the major road so I am at a read light making a left. The guy in the cobalt goes "How much horsepower you got?" I'm like "I dont know about 300 or so..." He goes "Ya man, its a bullet." I laughed, said thanks, and drove off.
Turns out that one of my friends goes to school with him and had told him about my car before. All in all, it was a good first kill and I am proud of it.
