Nose emblem???

i wanted one with the white background since my car is white package but the only ones left are the ones with the black back. I dont really mind anymore because the black emblem looks real good on my white car.

it took me literally 12 seconds, including taking off the protective backing from the adhesive, taking off the old emblem with a screw driver and putting the new one in place....

was this with the front nose off?? cuz from what i can tell you have to take quite a few things off in order to get to the emblem to take it off properly....

Yup, I think it usually takes about an hour or so to do it properly. Possibly more.

See a thread by "Heckler" for the proper technique to getting it done right.

All I know is all it took was a small flathead, it came right off, nothing seemed broken off, nothing was hanging from it or that sort, and I just placed the new one on top..


Been several months, and plenty of car washes, and the new emblem is still as sturdy as ever...
