Normal charge rate?

What is the "normal" charge rate on an idling Supra?
My turbo timer has a voltmeter function,and it will fluctuate anywhere from 14.4 down to 9!
THAT really depends on when I drive it,when I first start it and drive it around,the charge is usually high,put later on it will drop to around 12.5v.
Should the gauge read a constant HIGH voltage?
I'm going to get the alternator checked,maybe my diodes are bad causing my draining problem

Through my neo my cars goes between 12.1-13.7. Lowest ive ever seen was 12.1 and that was on a cold start, highest is 13.7 i believe.

My volt meter will drop to ~12 after a while, like yours it is high *seemingly* until it gets nice and heat soaked. (Subscribed)

Well I pulled it out ant had it tested at Vatozone,and it turnd out the regulator was bad.
Not sure on the condition of the diodes,put hopefully this will take care of my mysterious drain and charging issue with a rebuilt alt.
