Noob question on aftermarket manifold

I know I have a few really dumb questions, but I don't know anything, so bear with me. Is there "honest" horsrepower to made with aftermarket exhaust manifold? (the header looking one) Or is there hardly any difference in power?
I had several problems with the after market manifold, One: Did they ever solve that problem with clearing the oil fins where the oil filter mounts? Two: I had a problem with the dip stick as well It didn't clear that either.
Three: Dummy, me I didn't realize the ct/ 26 doesn't fit this set up. Do they have one that will fit it or do you still have to buy an adaptor plate? From what I understand the newer manifolds are much better, and have solved most or all of these problems.

Last dumb question: This is something I really don't know anything about, here it goes, On this after manifold set up, it has a flange for the waste gate, from what I know,This makes a lot of noise, is there a way to recirulate this back to the down pipe? A recirculating down pipe? Or is this defeating the purpose? I must be thinking about an internal wastegate, or something? Yep, I know the ct/ 26 doesn't have an external waste gate. Please excuse my Noobieness, but, Thanks in advance.

The manifold you have is prob for a t4 setup. Just buy the turbo, and wastegate and you're going to have to have a custom down pipe and dump tube fabbed up.

Yes, you can route the wastegate dump tube back into the exhaust.

Personally, I don't like using adapters for turbo/manifolds. I wouldn't do it. But to each their own. Its just more possible places for leaks in the future.

Between a stock CT26 and T04E? Maybe 100 horsepower on a smaller T4. The new Garrett technology, known as the GT is even better.

What would happed if I removed the wastegate tube, section it off with new tubing and rerouted it back to the manifold and kept my ct/26. Is this very dumb??

Hey thank's alot,.. I was wondering if there would be power differance between the stock manifold and the after market on? Is that Garret turbo internal or external waste gate? Also what Garret turbo that is compareble to the 57 trim??
Will this manigold pass smog??
Thanks!!

you could do that. just weld the wg tube shut completly or weld a block off plate at the outlet flange. IJ did this using a GT35R internal wg with no problems at all!
What trim is that "GT 35R"??

As far as I'm aware no one has ever run a CT26 on a tubular manifold, the stock manifold isn't the week link the CT26 is. Malloynx made 543whp on the stock manifold with a bolt on Boss turbo.
