i've looked for write ups but cant find any.
i know you will have to change over the hard lines, soft lines, spindles (easiest way), actuator, computer.

but what about the wiring harness? is that built into the body harness?

I don't have that problem. Maybe there's something out of whack with your abs.
i like abs, and dont like abs. it depends on what im doing etc......

btw, if you have ever read the owners manual on any abs car, it say

"ABS does not stop the car any fast, it only lets you keep control of the car in most situations, and may double the stopping distance depending on climate....."

this is why i want to put a switch on to override it somewhere, and so when your road racing, or whatever you can take it off.

but on the streets, its usually amazing

i too was going to do this to my 7mge-7mgte conversion but i decided against abs. it looked semi easy in my eyes. my car came with the ABS optional loom so all the plugs were there just needed hubs, lines, ecu, abs unit and the ??sensor for the gearbox??

Some of our jdm chassis here didnt get abs optional harnesses how about you guys in the states? do they all have that harness?

jayhall: it won't come on unless it senses lockup, sounds like it's working fine in the wet...

I never have mine come on unless I STAND on my brake pedal...

IF you have all the parts, do it...

It's going to be a lot of work, so I'll worn you now... You'll have to mess with a LOT of items (gotta run the computer's wires, swap out spindles, ect ect ect)
