Noise in engine bay

Ok, as of recently, i have been hearing a noise in my engine bay, it does not sound like rod-knock at all but more like something is loose and hitting something. im thinking it might be something related with the tranny because as of lately reverse is kinda hard to go into... my clutch catches real high and i can feel the vibration of the noise in the shifter. someone had said that it might be the valves... but i dont think so because the noise starts about 20 secs after the car starts up.. does anyone have any ideas of what it might be?

You can adjust your clutch if you want too, so that it catches a little more towards the bottom or middle.

As far as the noise. It's going to be hard to diagnose without a video or sound clip of said noise.

Also.. the noise ceases when i have my foot on the brake and the clutch out to the catch point. .. how do i adjust where the clutch catches?

Maybe throwout bearing is getting worn out. Try the adjustment and see what it does after.
