Searching through other threads I found some information but still not sure. All lights work exept turn signals and hazard 4ways. I have checked fuse inside, replaced the flasher, and made sure my hazard switch was plugged in. I have 12v to the hazard switch and changed it out(had a spare) just incase and still nothing. What else is there to check?

Did this recently start? Or has it been like this for a while? Did it happen on it's own, or did it start after some work was performed on the car?
This problem came with the car. I know the hazard switch can cause the turn sigs to not work, will a bad turn sig switch cause the hazards not to work?

Do the dash indicators work? If yes then check the other system grounds; The indicator lights have their own ground.
Did you also check the HAZ-Horn fuse?

No turn indicator lights work on the dash. Didnt check the haz/horn fuse, but the horn works. On the wiring diagram in the link above, if ground E or ground D were not grounded, would either one cause the entire system to not work?
Finally found the problem. Geez, it turned out to be the flasher after all. I replaced it after checking the fuse when this all started but got nothing. After working in the steering column (PITA) checking everything else looking for grounds, I figured it had to be flasher still. So I checked my new flasher and when I pushed it in during install one of the prongs missed the slot. (hard to get in there to see them) re-installed flasher correctly and haz/turns came to life. lotta time spent but at least it was something simple,oh well, they work now.
