If you're trying to time it - you need to have the check engine terminals jumped in the diagnostic box.
It will jump around if you don't.

I've replaced plugs, wires, coil packs, cps, igniter, fixed connectors and still have a bouncing timing mark.
mcpcola said:well I jumped the ports and its running at 10 on the money. I put in new wires and plugs NGK plat and I rewired the O2 due to the wires broke off no more codes but it still seems low on power and vibrates like it has a miss somewhere

While viewing the timing mark, Using the proper procedure, the mark bounces about a 3°-4° swing @650rpm idle @operating temp.
