Seriously though, I've never actually seen such dilapidated buildings. The place was lit up courtesy of all the halo lights everywhere, but each house looked like it was about to fall over. Broken glass everywhere, a/c units falling out of windows, just amazing.

If 23 weeks is an amazing accomplishment for a baby to survive in a hospital, seems like a baby on a sidewalk or even in an ambulance is not going to fair very well.
The woman most definately needs psychiatric care though.
