no power

so i put my motor in and everything get everything all hooked up and when i turn the key nothing comes on. no lights or anything. i even hooked up a battery pack to the wires and still nothing.. anyone have any ideas.. also my clutch just goes to the floor and sits there. someone please help before i go nuts

Well, the clutch issue could be either a master cylinder, slave cylinder, or both. You may need to bleed them. As for it not starting, could be anything at this point. Make sure your battery is good, check all your electrical again, and check the fuses. Then refer to the TSRM from there.

theres a small like 2 prong wire thats not connected that seems to be coming off the starter. but im almost positive its just the wire that runs down to the transmission for the reverse lights. .. anyone know if that is correct?
