Ok background,
The currents were reversed at the battery a year ago and had to replace ignitor, ecu and now it starts and runs but the radio doesn't work and the A/C doesnt work, this is only a question about the radio.
I checked the power to the cd player and it gets power in the ignition (+) but doesn't get power in the constant (+) at all. Checked radio fuse in engine bay and driver kick panel and both are good. I was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram for where that wire goes between the radio and the battery to see if there is a relay or something between, or if anyone has any other suggestions.

Check ALL fuses. My radio went out in my subaru one day, I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Decided just to run another wire from a constant.

Checking fuses one day, I found the interior lamp fuse was blown. replaced it, and for the hell of it, checked to see if there was power going to the original constant wire, and there was.

sometimes a blown fuse causes wierd problems that are seemingly unrelated.
