stock boost is about 7psi ....... u should search the website about what mods you should do first.

But since you have a fresh motor I would buy an 3in exhaust system, intake and boost controller. Turn the boost controller up to 10psi or just under boost cut and then you will be hanging with the new slowstangs GT (Mustang)

A fresh motor that isn't running right, apparently. Check timing belt. Cam pins in correct holes(center on cams and gears), notches in gears pointing up at notches in rear cover, crank mark at 0*. http://cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=EM&P=23

Check cps. With aforementioned marks set, cps should look like this:

Check all of your couplers from the turbo to the intake. Make sure that all the clamps are tight, none of the hoses are cracked, and all the vacuum lines are hooked up correctly. There should be a vacuum line going into the accordion hose just behind the afm(air flow meter) from the power steering idle up. Easy one to miss.

Don't worry about upgrades until you get it running correctly.

I was having a similar problem and it turned out my fuel system was holding me back a little bit (FPR had a leak...almost turned out bad...), It kept hanging up when I hit the gas.
