No low-beams?

Well the knob on the left that controls the lights works, kinda. I can turn it to set the hold, parking, and headlights in that order. But it automatically goes to high beams but the dash light for brights doesn't come on. And when you pull the arm towards you it's the same beams. Any idea what's going on?

How would the dimmer switch (used for changing the brightness of the gauges inside the car) cause the high beam HEADLIGHTS to work but not the low beams?

Somewhat similair problem here. I made a post a few weeks ago and got a tip that it was the pigtails for the headlights, but I havnt had time to check if it fixes it. I have my brights aimed down so I don't blind ppl, I rarely drive at night anyway.

Take out a test light, attach the clip to a solid ground, then put the tip of the probe in each female slot on the 3 wire connector for the headlights. With the headlights on and in the "low beam" setting, there should be continuity for ground and for low beam. If you have no continuity on low beam but you do on high beam, you know that you have a fault between the connector and the switch :)

Do this, and report back :)
