:1zhelp::1zhelp: ok ok ok---- This is realy lame---- It first started with my (AFM) shorting out from getting wet---- i wait to replace it --- I had bought a replacement --- i go to start the car no crank -- i pull the main fuel line to check for fuel-- well theres non ......... iv'e check for blown fueses and relays none... i try --- the jumping term--- jumping fp -b+ ---- it arks every time its done but the fuel pump doesn't come on . so i tride the pump direct by unpluging the connector it does the same arking like before at the diagnostic plug by the fuse box.............. Im realy asking do u guys think the pump wen't out for good and i should just replace it, ------ oh yeah -- i have a 1989 mk3

Look man. Type that up in a way that someone will look at it and want to read that shit and help you out. I'm not being mean, just take the advice so you can be helped.

I understand you think your pump is gone. I don't know what you've done so far or if it's dead, I'm not there.

Supply it with direct power and listen for it. If the problem isn't there (it comes on) start tracing back towards the other end (the wiring, towards the engine).

Start there.

yeah i understand . i was in a rut so i typed it realy fast, but its all good i found out it was my pump. so i just gotta wait till i have enough for an oem replacement.... lol i know it would have helped if i had typed that the right way, but yeah its the pump . It needed to be replace u could realy tell on the outside of the pump (sigh) i luv supras there not cheap but yet easy on the wallet:evil2:


p.s is this better if not i guess its time to get burned

It's somewhat better but try using capitalization and pargraphing.

Anyways, if you're going to go turbo, you can get upgraded pump for slightly more. Few extra bucks spent now become a few saved later ;)
