first thing is go around all the vacumm hoses and look for cracks... thats what i would do....my accordian had a big crack in it...

it has a new accordian, but I suspect the lower intercooler hose... what is the cheapest way to solve this problem?(even temporarily)
isnt there a sogi mod for cheap ic pipes? or was that something else i remember seeing on the forums about pvc pipes or something.. i have no idea if they work well or not...
but i wouldnt waste the money getting one new... maybe find one on ebay? or do what i did and do 2.5 hard pipes

I make full boost in 1st at 4500 with my 1.06 ar GT3540R which has never happened in past cars.

2 weeks after I bought my car the linkage to open the wastegate broke never allowing it to hold boost, it would go from vacuum to 0psi and never boosted, yours may not be broken since you can boost but it could be a wastegate problem.
Mine did similar thing when I first built my car. I was running a stock BOV at the time which was leaking. New BOV corrected the problem.
IC piping leaks or vacuum leaks will also do the same.
More than likely its one of these things. Check BOV first, stockers are worthless.:icon_conf
