Anything is better than stock!:icon_razz

I have the v3 and it is WELL worth the money (still on sale at SS BTW).
The v3 is a work of art with all new parts and includes the dampener to keep the vibrations from going straight through to your hand. I was even tempted to figure out how to make a lower boot so I could still see the shiny shifter.
The NM shifter is a rework of the factory shifter. You either take your Supra offline and ship your shifter across the country or go out and buy another shifter to send it in for the rework. While not a lot extra, you do have to factor the shipping price of the shifter to NashMan in the price.
Both are made by Supra owners for Supra owners. Both offer "flick of the wrist" shifting. Both are somewhat adjustable to make the knob lower by hacking some metal.
For me "Better" is the v3. And if you act quickly the price difference is just a couple of trips to your favorite caffeene dealer.

Lets say our transmission has ~10k miles on it, I'd be able to run one either the NM or the SS shifters at the track with no problems right? My r154 shifted flawlessly all the time, every time.

Oh yeah! ROCK Solid!:biglaugh: :biglaugh: :biglaugh:NewWestSupras said:I haven't gotten my car to the track yet, (lots of work to do before that), but my NM shifter kicks ass! Takes some effort to shift (compared to my n/a W58 with sogi mod), but the gates are rock solid.
