Can you take pictures of what it looks like outside of the car?
If you cut the ball off on the bottom and extend it, did you have any issues with it clearing the opening in the gearbox where it goes into?

i have not made any since i quite make the old style one an dno longer sell teh you weld kit and i have all brand new one that should be coming out very soon but much better in every way possible and the same short shift with we all love

no core will be need and teh old style can be up grade to this new shifter as well
