1989 turbo, been working on this car when I have the time. Long story to were Im at now, but basiclly purchased the car not running and trying to fix/repair and figure out as I go. First of all Im an old school hotrod guy and only been working on imports for a short while now so bear with me......

Right now my problem is Im not getting spark on 1&6 cylinders. I swaped in a (off a running supra) coil pack and coil pack harness. Still same problem. I pulled some loom and looked back past the coil harness plug and all looked good. I didnt test ohms or nothing yet but it looked really good, no dried or cracked wires. So like I mentioned Im fairly new to this type of car, where should I be looking for the problem? Would the igniter be the cause of this? Also I need a CPS cover, where can I get one?

Thanks in advance.....

CPS cover you can get from Toyota, through Driftmotion (site vendor), or a billet aluminum from ARZ (site vendor).

ohm test the cps and the wiring on the coils, those were always problematic on all the supras i had, and usually the grounds were corroded where they split from one wire
